PAYREMIT reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for any changes. Continued use of the App after any modifications constitute acceptance of the updated Agreement.

2. Description of Service:

2.1 Conversion Service:

PAYREMIT provides a service that allows users to automatically convert cryptocurrencies to naira without the need for manual transactions or communication with third parties.
2.2 User Requirements:

To use the App, you must be at least 18 years old and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities:

3.1 Prohibited Activities:

Users must not engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities while using the App. This includes but is not limited to hacking, phishing, unauthorized access, or any other action that may compromise the security or integrity of the App.
3.2 User Content:

Users are responsible for any content they submit through the App, including but not limited to information, text, images, or other materials. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to such content and that it complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Intellectual Property:

4.1 Ownership of App:

PAYREMIT retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all associated intellectual property rights. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of the App's content without prior written permission from PAYREMIT.

4.2 User License:

PAYREMIT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose. This license does not grant you any ownership rights or permissions beyond those outlined in this Agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability:

PAYREMIT strives to provide accurate and reliable information and services; however, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or content within the App. You acknowledge that your use of the App is at your own risk.PAYREMIT, its affiliates, officers, directors, or employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App.

6. Privacy Policy:

The collection, use, and storage of personal and transaction information by PAYREMIT is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Termination:

PAYREMIT reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time and for any reason, without notice. You may also terminate your use of the App by discontinuing its use.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules.
